New year 2018 -New fitness resolution

New year 2018 -New fitness resolution? You must have observed your friends ,family members taking one or the other new year resolutions.Yeah its true you will find you Gym crowded as soon as you enter in it. But isn’t that a good resolution ? I mean everybody wants to have that aesthetic or a fit physique.So why not start it in a new year 2018. So  I will guide you for what you must do after having a New year 2018 -New fitness resolution.If you are finding motivation to start refer my previous article.

1.Set your Goals:-

Identify your goals that what you want your body to look like after a certain period of year. It can be losing fat,Building lean muscle or just staying fit. This goes both for men and women.Be realistic towards setting your goals. You must remember that its not going to happen overnight,you must have patience.  Don’t set your goals too high in the beginning otherwise you will get demotivated.

2.Set a deadline to achieve that goal:-

Divide your journey  into small paths and achieving one goal at a time. You have to understand that muscle building and fat loss is hard to achieve simultaneously. So set your goal and set a time frame. Start with loosing some fat if you are fat. Include some cardio and weight training for a time period till you get satisfied with your result. Set some different target like muscle building for next phase.

3. Pledge to eat clean the entire year :-

Eat clean not for a frame of time but your entire life.Bring it into practice and over the period you will see major results including healthy skin,healthy hair,good digestion ,healthy heart etc. Even if you don’t do fitness for time being ,a nutritious diet will help you preserve your gains.

4.Try experimenting:-

Always experiment with your training regime .Repeated training routine can make you bored and skipping the gym becomes quite common. So include running,Jogging,Cycling,Swimming,Sports in your regime.Remember fitness doesn’t only mean Gym and cardios. It includes all fitness activities which help one in keeping himself fit.

5.Have a “Cheat Meal” once in a while:-

New year 2018 -New fitness resolution must not be all about Training ,training and training .We all deserve to be active in our social life ,partying with friends and families.But always earn that “Cheat meal” for yourself.It has other advantages too like keeping your metabolism high, Keeps you motivated because of that guilt factor after having it,Breaking through from that plateau stage etc.  So having   fun once in a while is alright.

6.Select a partner having Same resolution:-

Working along with partner having same set of motive will bring all new energy to achieve those fitness goals. So choose your friend wisely and start doing it today. Help out each other as spotters and completing those extra reps.Try motivating and challenging each other daily. Your body must not get comfortable and habitual with your workouts,try challenging it everyday.

7.Bring change in yourself:-

New year 2018 -New fitness resolution” must not only involve getting fitter. Pledge to become a better person,be a family man,try to quit bad habits like smoking,drinking etc and enjoy your life .
