1.Push Ups:-

Push-Ups Sabse behtareen exercises me se mana jata h jo ki bahut hi kam space me ki ja sakti h. App din me 10 push ups se bhi shuru kar sakte h. Ye full body workout k liye hota h jisme body k sabse jayada muscles group pe work hota h. Push-ups aapko fit rakhne k liye sabse jayada help karta h. Wo ek samay me aapke arms, abs or appki lower body ko hit karta h. Push-ups aapki sari muscles ko ek sath kam karne k liye or strong banana k liye train karta h.

2.Body weight Squats:-

Chaliye ek or sabse behatareen exercise k bare me jante h jisse aapko sabse ache results mil sakte h. Beginners k liye 20 body weighted squats se shuruwat ki ja sakti h. Squats aapke legs ko hard hit karta h or sath hi multiple muscles pe uniformly growth deta h. Squats karne se aapke legs me strength aati h. Boday weight squats aapke hips or ankles k motion ki range ko increase karta or aapke lower back or knee pain ko bhi kam karne me madad karta h.

3.Pull Ups:-

Pull ups bhi bahut hi achi exercise h beginners k liye jo ki ghar pe aram se ki ja sakti h. App kam se kam 10 complete pull ups se shuru kar sakte h.

Ye exercise sirf upper body ko hard hit karti h. Pull ups multiple muscle groups pe kam karta h jisme shoulder, back or arms ki muscles aati h. Pull ups se aapki heart beat bahut bhad jati h jisse aap jayada calories burn kar pate h. Pull ups aapki strength badhane me, posture ko improve karne and appki over all fitness ko thk rakhne me help karta h.

4.Jumping Jacks:-

Jumping jacks exercise beginners k liye bahut hi asan or basic exercises me mana jata h. Jumping jack ko aap warm up exercise me bhi use kar sakte h. Ye aapki calories ko bhi burn karne me or body ko strength dene me help karta h. Rozana kam se kam 30 jumping jacks se shuru kijiye.

5.Planks:-

Plank core strength ki exercise h. Isme aapko push-up jaisi hi similar position me maximum time k liye rehna h. Ye bhi beginners k liye bahut hi jaruri exercise me aati h. Plank k bahut se fayade bhi h, jaise fat burn karna, core strength karna or poture ko improve karna. Shuru me app 15 seconds tak plank karne ki koshish kijiye phr daily 5 seconds increase kar sakte h.

6.Walking Lunges:-

Walking lunges app ghar pe kahi bhi kar sakte h. Iske results aako bahut jaldi dikh sakte h agar aapkne ise bahut sahi tarike se kiya h to. Ye appke backside or legs ko toned rakhne me help karta h. Beginners  k liye 20 lunges – 10 each leg se shuru kar sakte h. Walking lunges k movement se aapke quads, calves, hamstrings and gluts hit hote h. Isme aapka ek leg ki position knee bent karne k bad aage ki taraf hoti h, ise karne time foot flat hona chaiye or dusara leg piche ki taraf hona chaiye.

7.Crunches:-

Sab six pack banane ka sapne dekhte h, or dekhe bhi kyu na sab movies k hero or fitness model apne six pack bana k hi to logo ko impress karte h. Crunches sabse best exercise h core muscle group k liye. Beginners k liye 20 crunches se shruu kar sakte h. Waise sirf crunches se bhi six pack nhi bante use sath aapko junk food avoid karna padega or health khanan padega. Yaad rakhiyega “abs are made in kitchen”
