• 1 cup oatmeal (150 Kcal)- 05 gram protein/ 27 gram carbs / 02 gram fat /04 gram fibre
• 2 cups toned milk/ or as  you like your oatmeal to be i.e thick or smooth ( 100 ml ) – 02 gram fat /03 gram protein
• 1 apple or 1 banana thinly sliced – (105 Kcal) 27 grams carbs/ 1 gram protein from banana and (130 Kcal /large apple) 34 gram carbs / 1 gram protein
• 2 teaspoons cinnamon( Optional)
• 1 Spoon of flex seed ( Rich in healthy fats)
• 1 spoon honey ( Optional )

You must always experiment with your recipes as it gives you joy and also you get to know what taste you like the most. Some of the experiments could be like adding some other fruit for taste ,adding mixed nuts or peanut butter etc .

In a medium pan combine the toned milk, oatmeal and cinnamon and heat on low flame until most of the milk is absorbed (stir as needed). Add some apple or banana slices and honey for sweet taste. You can also add some resins to enhance the taste of your oatmeal. Stir for 2-3 minutes and your oatmeal is ready.
